I cannot make any sense of the screenshot which seems to show a database connection error (to Oracle?) rather than a javascript console error.

Your original post referred to a javascript error on a jQuery popover, but the screen attachment has nothing related to that.

I'm running on an Intranet, so I can't send you a link. :(

The menu is not expanding on my screen, so in another post you had asked to look at the Javascript log, so that is what I sent. Since then, I've found that the menu seems to work on everyone's machine but mine. I've checked to make sure that I have Javascript enabled in Chrome, Firefox and IE9, but it still doesn't expand. Any thoughts on what else I should check?

The menus on your web site seem to work fine for me.

Also, menu items defined as Text Separator are clickable and throw a 404 error. What can I do to make menu items that aren't articles not clickable?

Many thanks! I really like how Cinch Menu looks; I want to make it work.
Cindy

AFAIK, Cinch Menu does not have any code like this in it.

Please supply a URL where we can see the problem ourselves.

What is the error? Can you provide a URL? IS the menu malfunctioning? More info is needed.

Thanks

I am seeing an error on this line:
jQuery('.hasPopover').popover({"html": true,"trigger": "hover focus","container": "body"});

We just downloaded Cinch Menu this morning, so it should be your latest copy.

Running Joomla 3.3.6.

Any thoughts?

Many Thanks,
Cindy
