setting the advanced property Include jQuery Library to NO solved the problem. Thanks a lot!

Well the first of these is the cause. Something else (not Cinch Menu) is causing js execution to stop, and so the cinch menu is not being initialised.

So you need to find out what is causing the js error and correct it.

Also a google search for "getPreventDefault defaultPrevented" suggests that if you are using an old version of jQuery on your site and / or an old version of Firefox to view it then you will get the second message.

Hope this helps.

The website is not online yet.

by click on the menu item, I get an error in the console:
TypeError: jQuery(...).tooltip is not a function
getPreventDefault() should not be used anymore. Use instead defaultPrevented.

Well, without a link to go and look for myself I can only make a wild guess at what is happening.

In this case, I suspect that you are getting some sort of js error, so look in your browser's JS Console and see if that is the case - and then go from there in trying to fix it.

If you want further help, please provide a link so we can see for ourselves.

Hi! The problem is that the cinch menu doesn't open, if I add a breadcrumbs module to my website. and it doesn't matter, on which position and wether it is a default module or a breadcrumbs plugin. What could be the solution?
