Oh, duh, thanks, that took care of it. Yes, I discovered the shadow image and spacing for that and removed it to tighten up the spacing.

Many thanks for the quick response and help!

Hi,
Did you fix the whitespace issue? Seems like there is very little whitespace.

For fancy, please add this to your CSS file:
#menu .fancy {display:none!important;}

I'm using the very capable Carve template for a friend's site. I'm seeing interference witht he "fancy bg1" class over the menu items. I've made some minor changes to the template for color and sizing, and a bit of spacing, but I can't seem to figure this out. I'm not using the fancy class.

What is happening is when hovering over the menu item in the area of the "fancy bg1" class, the menu item is blinking between hover color and standard <A> color. If I click to select the item, sometimes it works and sometimes not, depending on whether the hover is seeing the link or not. How can I fix this? I'd also like to minimize the whitespace between the menu and the slideshow.

Dev site is at pinkroom.com/demo/glr/

Thanks in advance.
