TOPIC: Have problems integrating Joomla! into your iOS Ap

Have problems integrating Joomla! into your iOS Ap 09 Apr 2020 02:29 #8209

I recently tried out editing my Joomla site using the browser on an iPhone. I was able to edit the body of a post if I did NOT use the WYSIWYG editor, but rather edited the HTML code.

However, I was not able to apply my changes, because tapping the "Save" button at the top of the screen didn't appear to do anything.

Has anyone else tried this? I'm not a very experienced coder, so I wouldn't know where to begin, but is it possible to tweak Joomla so that it is more functional within Safari for iPhone? shareit vidmate

I can't get my head around what's happening with the site https://youressayhelper.com/
It works fine on iOS and desktop, and it used to work well on Android, but now it doesn't... and I have no idea what would have changed.

Basically, only the page title (in top right corner) and background image are visible, with vertical scrolling possible. The menu items and page content are invisible (on the two Android phones I could test), yet you can accidentally press the (invisible) menu buttons; conversely, one of the menu items gave me an almost normal-seeming menu and content, but with buttons that don't work.

Hello Magnus,

I've just tried to integrate JBackend into my website. Should I use ReDJ or.htaccess to force requests to jBackend?
Thanks.

Hello guys this is a small post but I think this might be interesting for a few of you. I made this framework in cooperation with jBackend and it makes it really easy to implement Joomla inside your iOS Apps. It has many functions like search, handling push notifications, get content (articles, categories), make user requests (login, logout, register, update profile, password remind, password reset...) and you can also work with your site's menu items. I hope you enjoy working with this framework! Best Regards, Magnusdownloader.vip/ccleaner www.happywheels.vip vlc.onl
